Grilled Pork Belly Crust Pizza on the Lifesmart Kamado Grill🍕

Better known in Argentina as Matrambe a la pizza. Just as it sounds, the pork belly was used to create the crust. A whole belly was sliced in half with the fat trimmed up. Grilled over @fogocharcoal on the @lifesmartmakelifeeasy Kamado and then sauced with mozzarella & basil/oregano. The crust had that crunchy bite but still incredibly moist on the inside.
