Shipping and Delivery
If you live in a remote area or a gate code is required to deliver to your residence, please email us at lifesmartmakelifeeasy@gmail.com letting us know the details so we can make sure to schedule a delivery with you prior to shipping from our warehouse.
NOTES ABOUT DELIVERY:
This item ships by LTL truck and will deliver curbside or to the closest entrance of your home. We do not offer inside delivery or white glove setup service.
If you live within a major metro area, allow up to 10 business days after shipping for delivery of your order. If you live OUTSIDE of a major metro area, allow an additional 15-17 business days for delivery of your order
***EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS or SHIPPING DURING MAJOR HOLIDAYS may cause additional delays with over-the-road truckers, but we will be sure to message you and keep you updated
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 72 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
If you cancel your order after the 72 grace period, then you are responsible for paying the return freight costs.
To cancel an order, click the cancel button on your order confirmation email.

Return Policy:
We have a 30-day conditional return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with a 30% restocking and shipping fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition and packaging as received. We reserve the right to ask for pictures of the merchandise to accompany the return. Once your authorized returned item has been picked up you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
To start a return, please email our customer service team with all order details and images of the product to support@scsources.zendesk.com. Please allow 24 hours for you to be contacted after your email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’re here to make it right! Contact us immediately via email at support@scsources.zendesk.com with photos of the damage and your order information.

All products come with a limited 1-year parts warranty. For full details click on the Terms & Conditions Tab located in the main menu.

How Will My Order Ship?
We will reach out with a confirmation email detailing delivery expectation.
Small items will ship small parcel ground.
We do not offer expedited shipping service.
Larger items will ship LTL curbside or to the threshold and require additional time for delivery. We do not offer white glove or inside delivery service.

When Will My Order Ship?
Small parcel items will ship out within 4 business days of your order.
LTL items will ship within 5-7 business days of your order.
How Long Before I Receive My Order?
Standard ground small parcel shipping should be within 7-10 business days.
LTL shipments may take up to 21 days to deliver. Delivery time may extend slightly if going to remote areas.
