XL Item Delivery

COLD PLUNGE DELIVERY

DELIVERY LEAD TIME within a major metro area 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS / 1 TO 2 WEEKS.  Outside a metro area may require a longer delivery window.  

Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb or at the end of your  

driveway. Delivery to the contiguous 48 states only. Transport by ferry or other extraordinary conditions are subject to additional charges to the customer. 

  • Delivery agent will call/text to schedule a delivery appointment – please provide a good daytime number, preferably cell phone 
  • Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. 
  • Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.  Customer is responsible for making arrangements ahead of delivery in placing the cold plunge in its final location 
  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. 
  • If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. 
  • Carrier is not authorized to bring freight into the home or into the backyard, and they do not assist with unpackaging or setup 

 

HOT TUB DELIVERY

DELIVERY LEAD TIME 13-17 BUSINESS DAYS / 2-3 WEEKS 

  • Standard curbside shipping delivery included via 53’ trailer with liftgate – please insure a 53’ truck is able to easily access your area.  Delivery to the contiguous 48 states only.  Transport by ferry or other extraordinary conditions are subject to additional charges to the customer. 
  • Spa will be delivered on end, wrapped in a pallet.  Sierra Combo spa will deliver flat on a pallet and driver will offload at curb or end of driveway 
  • Product will be delivered to the curb or end of your driveway.  Customer is responsible for making arrangements ahead of delivery in placing the spa in its final location 
  • Delivery Agent will call to schedule delivery appointment – please provide a good daytime number, preferably cell phone 
  • It is customer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
