These new seasonings from @californiagrillin are on another level! The AP combo with Route 1 is a game changer . Use EVOO as a binder, layer on California Grillin 1894 Gold Rush Dust AP, rub it in. Next layer on Route 1 BBQ for that sweet and a pinch of heat. Smoke or warm the meat till internal reaches 115-120°F. Prepare the Charcoal for a sear to lock in that moisture and flavor. Once IT reaches 115-120°F put that meat over the hot coals onto a grate that is 500°F+. Just keep flipping every minute until you reach desired temp
