SevenĀ bone prime grade rib is always a crowd pleaser šŸ”„
Seasoned with pepper, salt & garlic. Place it in the smoker at 450Ā° to build the crust at the beginning. Get the smoker rolling at 250Ā°F andĀ remove it when it hits 126Ā°F IT in the center (thickest) part of the roast. This was perfect because with a piece of meat this big there were different levels of doneness on the ends. Great for a crowd where not all parties like medium rare. Serve this incredible main course for your next family or friends gathering!Ā
