Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip on Lifesmart Pellet Grill
Ingredients:
8 Oz cream cheese
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons @flavorgod ranch seasoning 1/2 Cup
Hot sauce (Used 2.5 c smoked chicken thighs diced
1 Cup cheddar
1 Cup mozzarella
5 slices of smoked crispy bacon
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch, and hot sauce until combined.
2. Fold in the cheese and shredded chicken. Pour into a cast iron pan and top with crumbled bacon.
3. Smoke at 350°F for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
