Smoked Pork Belly on Lifesmart Pellet Grill
So simple & so delicious. Slice half of the pork belly into strips, season it with @meatchurch Holy Gospel rub and smoke it at 250°. That’s what gave it that rich color. It took about 1.5 hours to get to 175-180°F. So versatile that you can eat it alone or use it for breakfast meals.
