In auto mode, the walking belt's 8 sensor system automatically adjusts the speed from where you land on the walk/run track, or, simply manually adjust walk/run speed with the remote control. Monitor speed, time, steps, running distance, and calories burned. Adjustable height hand rail aids in stability while walking or running, and folds down along the frame when not in use.

I just received my new R2 folding treadmill. It arrived in excellent condition and the packaging was top notch.
It literally was a plug and walk/run. Not assembly or set up to speak of. The Quick Guide to get started was clear and helpful. Lastly the app was easily accessible via the QR code in the guide and the sync with my machine was instantaneous.
Overall very pleased and can’t wait to start walking while at my desk all day long.

It’s easy to set up, very minimal, aesthetically pleasing, and works well.
I love the treadmill. It was very easy to set up and it really doesn't take up a lot of space. It is easy to fold and lean against the wall if I want more space in the room. They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They were very quick to answer any questions I had. I was surprised how quiet it is, too. I am very happy with it. My daughter bought one before I did and she loves hers too.
